The Major Pain Points
Ramping
Emergency rooms that are so overcrowded, ambulances have to line up on the ramps of hospital driveways.
Data
Paramedics must log all the data involved with responding to an emergency, taking them off the roads and wasting time.
Assault
Paramedics are regularly exposed to violent situations as first responders.
Early Stage Concepting:
I began with some early-stage concepts and sketching with many different ideas and thoughts.
Sketching, Modelling and Iterative Design:
Moving towards a more detailed concepts, I begin to sketch features, create models, work on ergonomics and develop a deeper understanding of the concepts path to a complete design.
Building:
One last thing to do when the concept is all fleshed out, building that sucker, we built it in cad to be 3D printed and printed, filled with primer, sanded and painted to make a great model.
